What is mycloudstore.co.nz?
mycloudstore.co.nz is the one-stop shop for NZ's most popular online software for small businesses. Known as Business Apps, they are located in ‘the cloud’. They are much like the Apps you’re used to downloading from the internet for your Apple or Android devices.
How does it work?
Simply select the Apps that you wish to trial or purchase and then complete the online registration form.
What happens after I register my details?
Once the registration has been received by the mycloudstore team you will receive an email with a link to setup a trial for the selected Apps. Signing up only takes a minute and there's nothing to install. There is no obligation and you can cancel at any time. Once you’ve signed up all communication and support regarding the trial or purchase of the product is then managed by the Business App vendor.
What is an IT Advisor and how can they help?
An IT Advisor can assist you in setting up the Apps you choose, show you how to use them, and ensure you are getting the maximum benefit from them. The IT Advisors’ page lists which Apps the advisor has trained in, and can provide assistance with.
What if I change my mind?
All the mycloudstore Apps come with a free trial, so you can try before you buy. The mycloudstore Apps are charged for monthly and can be cancelled at any time, so you only pay for what you use.
Is my data safe in ‘the cloud’?
The mycloudstore Apps vendors back up your data several times a day, onto their servers. So your data is protected and it’s only accessible by you. Your data is completely secure even if your computer is lost or stolen.
